RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Style Violette, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned with its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase or order number may be required.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or alteration will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

For damaged or incorrect orders, we may request clear photos and/or an unboxing video to verify the issue.

Once the issue is verified, Style Violette may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as earrings or pierced jewelry may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Customized, personalized, engraved, or specially made products are also non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Change of Mind

If you wish to exchange an item because of personal preference, size, design choice, or change of mind, return and re-delivery charges may be payable by the customer.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or another mutually agreed method.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Style Violette reserves the right to cancel an order due to stock availability, payment issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other exceptional circumstances.
